I am a mess. I have enrolled for therapy. I am waiting for it to begin to help me get better. And, in the meantime, I am trying to help myself.
This area will be a safe space for you to come and read about mental health in the way I write about everything- honestly.
We’re practically force-fed stories these days of people who had issues, realised it, and finally went to get help- it’s the modern-day Fairytale. But that isn’t the end of the story, is it? Once you suffer from depression, anxiety, or whatever- it ebbs and flows. There isn’t a magic fix “O you’ve had therapy, now you’re better”. Here I’ll explore it all because you’re not a failure for feeling like crap again. It happens to us all. This is the full story.
